Anyone can contact us, whether you’re the person in crisis, a concerned friend or family member, a professional seeking guidance, or a community member witnessing someone in distress.

No referral is needed, and all calls are confidential.

Mobile Crisis Services Regina responds to emergencies as quickly as possible, with response times depending on the urgency of the situation and current call volumes. Our crisis phone line is available 24/7, and trained staff are ready to provide immediate support over the phone.

If we are experiencing high call volumes, your call will be answered by a live answering service who can relay your message to us, and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Absolutely. You don’t need to be in a life-threatening crisis to reach out. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just need a safe person to talk to, we’re here to listen and help.

  • Mobile Crisis Services works closely with the Ministry of Social Services to respond to urgent child welfare concerns in Regina and surrounding areas. We are available 24/7 to assess reports of child abuse, neglect, or situations where a child’s safety may be at risk.
  • Our trained crisis workers conduct initial assessments, provide immediate intervention when necessary, and help ensure the safety and well-being of children. We also support families in crisis by connecting them with resources and services that promote stability and healthy family functioning.
