That may not seem like much but 2 weeks ago I had trouble walking to my car.&nbsp; Walked this morning only 1\/2 mile but the 1\/2 mile was easier than it was on Monday so that&#39;s progress at least&nbsp; I have a chest cold and didn&#39;t want to push it. I also Did my crunches. It means that for the last 20 years I havn&#39;t had a pain free day.&nbsp; Something, some joint always hurts.&nbsp; I only take over the counter pain meds in standard doses.&nbsp; I have been offered Pain meds from the doctor But I don&#39;t want to risk addiction so I deal. Last week I had a really rough patch so since I was stuck in bed for the most part read up on&nbsp; ways to deal with pain. Every site point out reducing stress as a way to cope and the main suggestion was Meditation.&nbsp; So I thought I would try to start this week by simply taking time out to be quiet and hope that will led to me being able to de stress and lesson some of my pain.<br \/><br \/>I have always been a collector of quotes. My small calender\/journal is full of quotes that I want to keep.&nbsp; They might be funny, move my heart or challenge me but for some reason I wrote them down.&nbsp; When I realized That many were from Buddha and decided that maybe Meditation was the right track.&nbsp; I thought to start I would simply pick one of those Quotes I love and use it as a starting point to help me along.<br \/><br \/>Yesterday my quote was &quot;<i>You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger.&quot;<\/i>- Buddha<br \/><br \/>I was sitting in the car line at my Grandsons school (which is always a nightmare) When this woman with a beige car rushes around the line and then forces herself in just like she does every day.&nbsp; It made me angry, I was cuzzing and wishing all sorts of evil on the woman. Then I remembered the quote and actually laughed at myself. I was being stupid (road rage always is) she couldn&#39;t hear me or see me so my anger didn&#39;t effect her at all. In the end all my anger was simply raising my blood pressure and my pain level.<br \/><br \/>Not a bad start on a life change. It's a Crown My GreatGrandmother wore that had something to do with the Masonic Temple and the Eastern Star.&nbsp; MY family in the past was very Involved and My grandfather and great grandfather got Pretty high up.<br \/><br \/>The crown arrived today and Of course my daughter had to put it on as soon as she opened it.&nbsp; It was a lot of fun to just relax and enjoy spending time with our friends.<\/span> <br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: larger;\">I&nbsp;have more pictures of the place than I do of the people so I will show them first.&nbsp; Emmery has built everything on his property from reclaimed\/recycled\/found materials.<br \/><\/span><br \/><img src=\"https:\/\/i240.photobucket.com\/albums\/ff158\/a_turtles_moon_bd\/JUlly2009sevenscamp157.jpg\" alt=\"\" fetchpriority=\"high\" \/><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: larger;\">This is Emmery's house.&nbsp; Emmery called it the barn room but I called it the honeymoon suit since it has the cute little wreath on the door.&nbsp; The little room had power and a ceiling fan so it was nicer than staying in a tent.<br \/><br \/>Emmery is trying to have lots of little places to stay spread around the property.<\/span><br \/><br \/><img src=\"https:\/\/i240.photobucket.com\/albums\/ff158\/a_turtles_moon_bd\/JUlly2009sevenscamp191.jpg\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: larger;\">This is the Bathroom&nbsp; complete with a septic tank He built on the back half of the property.&nbsp; The little room behind him has the toilet in it from a camper.&nbsp; The larger room has a full size tub and shower in it.&nbsp; It only has cold water so it can get chilly sometimes.&nbsp; The whole thing has been nicknamed &quot;The poop deck.&quot;<br \/><br \/><\/span><img src=\"https:\/\/i240.photobucket.com\/albums\/ff158\/a_turtles_moon_bd\/JUlly2009sevenscamp201.jpg\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: larger;\">This is the outpost.&nbsp; It the farthest place to stay at Emmery's It has two room that can sleeps 2 each or there is a door between then that can be opened so it can be used for a bigger family.&nbsp; I didn't get pictures of the inside Because people were staying in it and still sleeping. <br \/><br \/><img src=\"https:\/\/i240.photobucket.com\/albums\/ff158\/a_turtles_moon_bd\/JUlly2009sevenscamp193.jpg\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><br \/><br \/>The last little place to stay in the camper.&nbsp; I showed it to Pat tonight and he said to order it.&nbsp; He reminded me that he still owed me a Valentine's day gift.&nbsp; I am so excited in a few days This pretty will be coming to my home for me.&nbsp;
