Update on my progress.
This time I remembered the cut :)



Okay today was day 8 of my "I CAN DO ANYTHING FOR 9 MONTHS" plan.
 
Yesterday I took a break iced my knees and rested.

Today I walked 3/4 mile. 1/2 in the am before breakfast and 1/4 this evening on a short walk with hubby.  

My knees hurt but since they hurt all the time anyway I figure no pain no gain.
