Subterranean Fightin' Freaks is a TTRPG that I Kickstarted in early 2024. It takes place in a changed Chicago, a year after an earthquake fractured the city's foundation. Since then, there have been strange sighting unusual animals and freakish monstrosities. You can learn more about the project on the Kickstarter page.
My Inner Heroes Universe is a book series aimed to help children tackle complex emotional problems with help from a special team of heroes. As lead illustrator, I am in charge of both interior and cover, as well as some character design work. If you are interesting in learning more about the books, you can check them out here.
My programs of choice are ProCreate and Photoshop and create the bulk of my work with them. Spanning from book illustrations, covers, and personal commissions work, the subject matter of my works varies but rarely leaves the fantastical.
I am currently working on a series of short comics called Tales from Tyr. These stories explore the continent of Tyr and the lives of those who live within it. I have also been commissioned to illustrate scripts from other writers that will be published later on this year. You can read a number of my comics here.
This year I am pushing myself to produce more visually striking black and white artwork. Along with commission work and monthly challenges, I am also illustrating all the art for the tabletop game Sinkhole.
Too Many Goblins is collection of ink and marker illustrations. Inspired by the merging of two Inktober lists, these illustrations tell the story of a small town in Tyr cursed with an over abundance of goblins.
For July 2016, I organized a month long art jam where each day was dedicated to a different hero from myth, legend, and history. These are a few of the illustrations I completed during that event.
Codex Mysteria is the collection of the ecclesiastic wizard Ignatius Kurvanus’ notes that he took while traveling across the Central Province of Tyr. The novel catalogs a number of myths, tales, and legends about the mythical realm known as Fae-ri. These illustrations are some of the pieces that accompanied the stories in the novel.
I love maps and exploring fictional world through them has always been a pastime for me. I have done some work as a cartographer for a tabletop gaming company as well as for my own personal projects.
