For All Mankind: 5.01 ‘First Light’ Stills & Screencaps

First of all, I hope you like our new look! It’s about time we have a new one and I thought a lighter theme would be great for a change. Second, For All Mankind has finally returned with a new banger of a season! Mireille has joined the cast as a series regular, playing Celia Boyd, a member of the Peacekeeper Security Force on Mars. I love her character already! As a huge fan of this show, I’m so happy to see Mireille in it, and I’m low-key hoping we get at least one reunion scene with Joel Kinnaman. Anyway, check out our gallery for high-quality stills and high-resolution screencaps from the season premiere!

Mireille Enos Joins ‘For All Mankind’

Exciting news!! Mireille has joined the cast of the new season of For All Mankind! This also (hopefully) reunites her with Joel Kinnaman, after starring together in The Killing and Hanna. As a fan of both and the show, I’m very much looking forward to this!

DEADLINE – Mireille Enos (Hanna, The Killing) has joined the Season 5 cast of Apple TV+‘s For All Mankind as a new series regular.

Season 4 of For All Mankind picked up eight years after the events of Season 3, when Happy Valley rapidly expanded its footprint on Mars by turning former foes into partners. Now 2003, the focus of the space program turns to the capture and mining of extremely valuable, mineral-rich asteroids that could change the future of both Earth and Mars. But simmering tensions between the residents of the now-sprawling international base threaten to undo everything they were working towards.

Enos will play Celia Boyd, a member of the Peacekeeper Security Force on Mars.

She joins a cast that includes Joel Kinnaman, Wrenn Schmidt, Krys Marshall, Edi Gathegi, Cynthy Wu, Coral Peña, Toby Kebbell, Tyner Rushing, Daniel Stern and Svetlana Efremova.

AMC Cancels ‘Lucky Hank’

Sad news, AMC has announced that Lucky Hank will not be getting a second season.

DEADLINE – This won’t help his state of mind… Lucky Hank has been canceled after one season.

AMC has axed the Bob Odenkirk-led drama series, which premiered in March.

The series, which is an adaptation of Richard Russo’s novel Straight Man, saw Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul star Odenkirk play William Henry Devereaux, Jr., the unlikely chairman of the English department in a badly underfunded college in the Pennsylvania rust belt, who is somewhere between midlife crisis and full-blown meltdown.

“We’re proud of Lucky Hank and thankful for the work of everyone who brought this unique, playful and deeply human show to viewers, from the talented creative team to our partners at Sony and, of course, Bob, Mireille and the entire cast and crew. Unfortunately, we are not able to proceed with a second season, but we are glad these eight episodes exist on AMC+ and will continue to find new fans – or be seen again by viewers who come back to spend more time with Hank, Lily and the entertaining cast of characters at Railton College,” said an AMC Networks spokesman.
