What Happens After a Refund
- Your license key will be deactivated and you will no longer receive updates or support
- Per the GPL v2 license, you may continue using the plugin code already installed on your site, but without access to future updates or support
- We recommend uninstalling the plugin after a refund to avoid running outdated software
Renewals
If your license renews automatically and you did not intend to renew, contact us within 30 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that renewal.
To avoid unwanted renewals, you can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard at milosubscriptions.com or by emailing us before the renewal date.
After the 30-Day Period
Refund requests submitted after 30 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a partial refund or account credit depending on the circumstances.
Free Products
The free Milo Subscriptions plugin and Milo Payments are provided at no cost and are not subject to this refund policy.
Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of apparent abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product, or use of the refund policy to obtain free access to updates.
