Naturopathic Medicine ?

Naturopathic medicine combines modern science with natural treatments, focusing on the body’s ability to heal itself by addressing root causes of disease. Symptoms are seen as signs of imbalance or unhealthy habits, emphasizing disease as a process rather than a fixed condition.

Treatments include dietary changes, lifestyle adjustments, and natural therapies like botanical medicine, homeopathy, and acupuncture. In Canada, it is supported by accredited programs, board exams, and regulations in five provinces.

No referral needed for naturopathic medical services.

After booking an appointment, we will meet for an initial 90 minute session to review your health history and your wellness goals to enable us to create a customized treatment plan that synthesizes ancient wisdom and contemporary evidence based science that is specific for your needs.

The goal is to address the root cause of your health concerns rather than suppressing individual symptoms. We will work together to eliminate obstacles that impede the healing process and allow for the body’s innate ability to heal. The ultimate goal is for you to leave the office feeling empowered that you have control over your own health with the help of a trusted health advocate enabling you to thrive.

Naturopathic doctors (ND’s) are well-versed in a wide range of practices. We create healing protocols that are unique to each patient, and adapt our approach as necessary. Focused physical examinations, and laboratory testing (bloodwork and/or advanced functional medicine testing) may be incorporated to aid in diagnosis and treatment.

Specialty Lab Testing

We utilize tests in various categories, including:

  • Gastrointestinal Health: Food sensitivities, food allergies, and gut health
  • Cardiac Testing
  • Toxin Exposure: Environmental toxins, heavy metals, mycotoxins, PFAS chemicals
  • Genetic Testing
  • Nutrient Status: Organic acids, whole blood nutrition, and micronutrients
  • Hormones & Neurotransmitters: Blood, salivary, and urinary testing

Samples are collected via blood, urine, and/or saliva, depending on the test. Let us help you uncover what’s happening inside to optimize your health.

When was the last time you had an opportunity to spend 90 minutes discussing your health?
