Dennis Parces

Dennis Brian Parces is a proactive, results-oriented In-House Counsel and Project Executive with 27 years of comprehensive experience in complex construction projects in the heavy civil, aviation, roadway, light rail, assembly-type buildings and residential market sectors. Dennis is a graduate of the University of Miami, Notre Dame, the University of Puerto Rico Law School and is a certified Professional Engineer and Attorney with the ability to lead teams in operations, technical and legal arenas. He is responsible for overall project coordination and supervision of project management and field engineering staff. Dennis is occasionally tasked with engaging the project owner to address critical items and maintain a positive and professional relationship. He has demonstrated expertise in contract compliance management and administration as well as in claims management and recovery. Dennis takes pride in well managed and coordinated project operations, which has allowed his jobs to consistently meet schedule and budget objectives. He has served as Expert Witness on construction related litigation and is a Law Review published author on Construction Law.
