During the period of lockdown in covid-19, the street vendors have faced many difficulties because they are not allowed to do his business or have limited time for business which is not suitable for them. Most of the street vendors used to do his business at evening or night and government’s restrictions restricted him to do so. Many street vendors and small businessmen either changed their business or added more things with their existing products for their survival and livelihood. Out of those, many street vendors survived and many closed their businesses and shifted to jobs etc. Whoever technically sounds and have proper idea and ability to Work, established their business and otherwise failed. On the basis of our survey, it can be said only 6% street vendors and small businessmen changed their business and many street vendors (82%) increased their time of business. Although it has positive and negative both impact on economy as well as for these type of businessman. On some, where changing of the business has given a better path it has positive impact whereas some of them faced very negative impact and facing challenges for survival.
