Welcome to RV's free effects page. These scripts are free to use on your web-site and have become very popular for tumblr themes. Click on the buttons along the top of the screen to see an example of each of the DHTML/JavaScript text or graphic effects and to get the script you need in order to use them on your own web-site. If you are visiting here from another site (such as HotScripts.com), or even returning for a look at what's new, then note that many of the scripts on this site have been improved or updated since having been originally written.

In particular, all the scripts have been updated to work fully with XHTML/XML web-pages as well as HTML. Scripts which have been updated include the logo on the page so that you can identify them. More recently, as older browsers have become less common, many of the scripts have been further updated to take advantage of improvements and produce smoother and more efficient results.
