Where should a question about USB-C PD extension safety be posted?
The context is that:
-
I want to ask a question about whether devices exposing female Universal Serial Bus connectors (especially those that are Type-C, with Power Delivery support) are specification-compliant if they forward data from another. Evidently, most hubs appear to be, but I have recently become quite confident that most extenders (excepting Framework's 1:1 pinout) and converters are not, so want some clarity on some specifics of this.
-
I am not an electrical engineer — a mere computer technician — but am aware that the safety of these devices is significantly more the purview of an electrical engineer than the standard hardware engineer.
Therefore, whether to ask at electrical.codidact.com or powerusers.codidact.com isn't evident

This question sounds like it would be on-topic on the Electrical Engineering site. I'm a moderator there.
I'm not so sure about the rules of the Power Users site. You can always ask in it's meta category. However, there probably aren't a lot of users there that could answer this question.
