If a tee arrives damaged, send a photo to support@ printful.com who will send a replacement at no cost to you. To make a return for any other reason- refer to Plan B.
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. The following exemptions apply: if there is no defect, a wrong size has been ordered, incorrect address entered or there has been a change of mind, the item cannot be exchanged or returned.
