This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of employees of PT Wanatiara... more This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of employees of PT Wanatiara Persada on Site Haul Sagu, South Halmahera. The types of study are Quantitative Research, Descriptive and Case Studies. The entire population of PT Wanatiara Persada, Haul Sagu site, New Village, South Halmahera District, and North Maluku Province. Sampling method used is saturated sampling technique. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression, dimension correlation test result, got result that dimension of satisfaction to Job Motivation Variables have the strongest correlation with performance planning at dimension of Employee Performance Variables, Commitment Dimension on job satisfaction variable has the strongest correlation with implementation performance on Employee Performance Variables and The dimension of support in Situational Leadership is strongly correlated with the assessment of the performance of the Employee Performance Dimensin variable. It is suggested that employee satisfaction needs to be improved by increasing the support from the leader through performance planning and determining the achievement of performance value, so that motivation, employee satisfaction of PT Wanatiara Persada can be improved.
