OK. I have an objection to diets. Not because they don't necessarily work, or that they aren't a good idea. But because most of them don't take into account that larger than average people might be trying to use them. For example, the one I'm looking at right now is supposedly for 1200 calories a day. If I dropped my caloric intake take much, I would walk around gnawing the bark off trees all day long. While that wouldn't necessarily work out terribly, it's really not conducive to losing weight. My body would be convinced I was trying to starve it and I wouldn't lose anything (assuming I could even make it through the day without gorging on an entire bag of cookies or something).
So, I really wish they made scalable meals plans. Here, I give you approximately how many calories I think I should be eating, you give me a meal plan.
Your blog looks nice, even so it would be far better if you’ll be able to use lighter colors too as a professional design. This will make sure that a lot more readers come to check it…
