It’s easy to keep track of changes to a website when I am the only one making changes. If it’s a change that WP Activity Log already tracks, the plugin will still log the change, just with less information. If it’s not a change we track yet, then it won’t be logged. However, we encourage you to reach out if this happens to you. If there’s enough demand for a feature, we can add it to the product roadmap.
The plugin stores the activity log in a number of dedicated tables in the WordPress database. With the Premium edition of the plugin you can store the logs in an external database, archive them, and even mirror them / or send them to a SIEM solution such as AWS Cloudwatch. More information.
