D\u00e8s son adolescence, elle \u00e9crit des po\u00e8mes et son fr\u00e8re <a href=\"https:\/\/catalogue.bnf.fr\/ark:\/12148\/cb14629816x\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Monzer<\/a>, po\u00e8te \u00e9galement, les fait publier \u00e0 Damas en 1984, r\u00e9\u00e9dit\u00e9s en France en 2008, aux \u00e9ditions Seghers, sous la forme d&#8217;un recueil : <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sudoc.fr\/128652527\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Je te menace d&#8217;une colombe blanche<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreux po\u00e8mes de Maram al Masri \u00e9voquent l&#8217;amour, l&#8217;exil, la guerre en\u00a0 Syrie<a href=\"#footnote_1_14173\" id=\"identifier_1_14173\" class=\"footnote-link footnote-identifier-link\" title=\"Mehta, Brinda J. &laquo;&nbsp;The Painful Road to Freedom in Maram Al-Masri&rsquo;s Elle Va Nue La Libert&eacute; ( Freedom Walks Naked )&nbsp;&raquo;.
