Update -
The planned Mosaic upgrade originally scheduled for April 10–13 has been postponed as we learned mid-week that Oracle plans to undertake a continent-wide firmware update. We have had to switch our plans to accommodate this activity instead.
The Oracle update may affect system availability and performance for all users, including students, and anyone accessing our human resources and finance systems.
What to expect this weekend:
The maintenance period will last from Friday, April 10, 8 p.m. – Monday, April 13, 8 a.m.
Users may be briefly disconnected from Mosaic when the update begins but will be able to log back in. During the remainder of the weekend Mosaic will remain available, with possible slower performance.

Human Resources functions in Mosaic will be unavailable due to planned maintenance from Friday, April 10 at 5:00 p.m. to Monday, April 13 at 8:00 a.m. EST. Impacted services include Employee Self Service, Payroll Dashboard, HR Forms, and more.
All student-related tools and finance services in Mosaic will remain accessible. This outage is necessary to complete system upgrades that will enhance Mosaic’s usability and overall experience. Please complete any urgent HR tasks before the outage or plan to resume them once service is restored.
