AIOS Import/Export Settings post shows you how to export and import your settings. Also provides some troubleshooting steps.

This documentation shows you how to export your settings. It also helps you troubleshoot import/export feature to make sure it is working as expected in your site.

Note: The import process works in the following manner. If you change or loose your settings then you can import the settings you exported earlier. However if you see the following message Import AIOS settings from file operation failed!, that means there is no changes in the plugin settings and the import is not needed.

 What you need:

Step 1 ) Go to AIOS -> Settings -> Import/Export as illustrated in the image below to import and export the plugins settings.

Step 2 ) The following image allows you to export your settings locally. This saves you a lot of time especially if you are going to implement the same settings on many websites.

  • Click on Export AIOWPS Settings button as illustrated in the following image. This allows you to export your settings locally to your computer/laptop.

Step 3 ) The following image Import AIOWPS Settings allows you to carry out the following options.

  • First click on Choose file button. Then once the file has been selected, “The following image has a file already selected ready to be imported”, click on Select Your Import Settings File button.

Note: It is always a good idea to check to make sure your settings have been imported correctly.
