Una herramienta para crear historias no lineales, juegos de texto y/o cuentos interactivos, con la particularidad de que es gratuita, de uso irrestricto, y muy fácil de aprender.

Puede ser muchas cosas, pero cuando hablamos de Twine nos referimos particularmente a textos con enlaces que cliqueamos para ver otros textos. Cada historia de Twine es como una pequeña Wikipedia que, en vez de tener millones de artículos informativos, tiene diferentes fragmentos de una historia, conectados por enlaces con los que la lectora salta de uno a otro.

Volviendo a la lista de historias con <span class="fontawesome-home">**Inicio**</span> podés usar <span class="fontawesome-briefcase">**Archivar**</span> para generar un archivo con todo lo que escribiste. Pasá eso a otra máquina, entrá a Twine, y con <span class="fontawesome-upload-alt">**Importar desde archivo**</span> podés seleccionarlo y seguir escribiendo desde donde dejaste. <span class="fontawesome-edit" style="font-size:150%;">**Formatear texto**</span> Los textos escritos entre <b>`**asteriscos dobles**`</b> se muestran en negrita, y con <i>`//barras dobles//`</i> hacés itálica (`<b> y <i>` funcinan también, por supuesto). Un renglón que empieza con **# numeral** seguido de un espacio va a ser un título grande, y con **## dos numerales** un título un poco más chico (y así hasta los 6). Renglones de corrido que empiezan con **`* asterisco`** más espacio se muestran como <span class="fontawesome-list-ul">**listas**</span> (útil para mostrar listas de opciones), y las que empiezan con **0. un cero más un punto** más un espacio se vuelven <span class="fontawesome-list-ol">**listas numeradas**</span>. Un renglón compuesto sólo por **---** tres o más guiones se vuelve una raya horizontal.
