The Grid Line extension in Master Addons for Elementor helps you design pages with perfect alignment. It displays a visual grid overlay inside the Elementor editor, allowing you to position elements precisely without affecting your live website.
(This feature is available only for Master Addons Pro users.)
How to Enable the Grid Line Extension #
- Go to Extension Library
Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard → Master Addons → Extensions. - Activate the Grid Line Extension
Locate the Grid Line option and switch it ON.
(Make sure you are using the Pro version, as this is a premium feature.)
How to Use Grid Line in Elementor #
- Edit Your Page
Open any page with Elementor. - Enable Grid Line for the Page
In the Page Settings panel, find the Grid Line option and turn it ON.
Once enabled, you’ll instantly see a grid overlay appear in the Elementor editor. - Adjust Grid Settings
You can easily control:- Grid Size – Set how dense or spacious the grid looks.
- Grid Distance – Adjust the spacing between lines.
- Page Width – Define the page width to match your layout design.
- Design with Precision
Use the grid to align your elements neatly — no need for rulers or external alignment tools. - Toggle Off When Done
After finishing your layout, switch OFF the Grid Line to preview your page normally.
(The grid only appears in your editor view — it never shows on the frontend.)
