I am a master's and doctorate student in educational psychology of Tehran University (2007) and an associate professor. Teaching educational psychology, motivation and learning, educational and school counseling, evaluation, psychometric, statistics and quantitative and qualitative research methods, research software and industrial and organizational psychology have been my most important educational activities. The main focus of the activities is teaching and research in the field of psychological-educational counseling (educational and educational), self-regulation of learning, motivational, cognitive and emotional processes and measurement and evaluation, as well as statistical analysis and psychometric. Objective: To identify the elements of teamwork in resuscitation, an integrative review and synth... more Objective: To identify the elements of teamwork in resuscitation, an integrative review and synthesize current primary studies conducted. Methods: PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and Embase, as well as Google Scholar search engine were searched from November 2015 to March 2020 to review previously published peer-reviewed studies. Out of the 5495 articles, 16 were finally included in the study. Search strategy implemented with these keywords (in the title/abstract) were (team* AND CPR) or (team* AND resuscitation). Six descriptive criteria was performed by using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guideline to analyze the articles and a modified version of Cooper's five-stage method. Results: Sixteen studies were included in this research. Twenty elements related to teamwork in resuscitation were identified by using data synthesis, then classified into four categories includes team interaction elements, leadership skills, individual elements and environmental elements. Communication, leadership, situation awareness and scene organization had the highest frequency of reviewed articles 10, 5, 4, 4, respectively. Conclusion: The interactions between resuscitation team members and the skills of the leader and team members along with environmental elements had attracted the most attention of researchers by focusing on teamwork in resuscitation. Due to the limited number of articles related to this subject, more research is needed to reveal all the key elements of teamwork in resuscitation.

The aim of this study was to investigate the direct and indirect role coping strategies, core beliefs disruption, social support, spirituality, religious cope and intrusive rumination with PTG and also examining the mediating role of positive re-evaluation and rumination were within the framework of a causal model. Methods: The present study was a cross-sectional study that was done using causal modeling methods that included path analysis and structural equation modeling. The statistical population included all cancer patients who referred to Omid Oncology Hospital and Imam Reza Oncology Ward in Mashhad in 1398. Sampling method was available. 420 patients with cancer answered the questionnaires used in this study. Data were analyzed using SPSS-16 version and PLS software (version2). Results: The findings generally showed that positive Re-evaluation mediated between post-traumatic growth and social support variables, presence and search for meaning, positive religious cope, negative religious cope, deliberate rumination, and core beliefs disruption. Deliberate rumination was also a mediator between growth and core beliefs disruption and automatic rumination. On the other hand, social support, presence and search for meaning, core beliefs disruption and deliberate rumination, problem-based and emotion-based coping methods had a direct and positive effect, and intrusive rumination and self-distraction coping had a direct and negative effect on growth. Conclusions: The results of the present study showed that in addition to confirming the direct paths of coping, social support, spirituality, deliberate rumination, core beliefs disruption in growth, positive re-evaluation of one of the explanatory passages of social support paths, religious cope, spirituality, intrusive rumination, core beliefs disruption It was about post-traumatic growth.

A risk-based decision making approach to determine fireproofing requirements against jet fires

Abstract API Publication 2218 is one of the most referred practices for fireproofing of onshore s... more Abstract API Publication 2218 is one of the most referred practices for fireproofing of onshore structural supports. Despite the extensive citation, it solely considers the effects of pool fire and rarely addresses jet fire outcomes. This absence of an explicit approach is common among all the other major references. Therefore, the basic objective of this paper is to introduce a new approach for determination of the necessity for fireproofing of structural supports against jet fires. For this purpose, the flame geometry and duration of jet fires are simulated for different leak sizes in identified fire potential sources. Then, following a worst-case analysis, those structures that may be impinged by long enough flames are screened out and then characterized by maximum impingement duration for fireproofing purpose. Moreover, each structure is assigned by a failure rate to estimate the degree of vulnerability through a detailed risk assessment. In this regard a new explanatory term called Structure Failure Rate (SFR) is introduced. This approach also enables researchers to quantify the effect of other protective systems (fire and gas detection, emergency shut-down, depressurization and firewalls) on the level of required fireproofing.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of components of perfectionism and goal orien... more The purpose of this study was to determine the role of components of perfectionism and goal orientations in anticipation of self-regulation in students. The statistical population of this research consisted of all the Shiraz University's students in the academic year 2010-11 (1389-90s.c.). The sample of the research were 315 students, consisted of 172 female and 143 male students who were selected through multistage cluster-random sampling from Shiraz University. The instruments were Goal Orientation Questionnaire (Midgley's ,1998), Self Regulation Questionnaire (Boufard's, 1995) and Perfectionism Inventory (Hill's ,2004). The statistical methods correlation, t-test for independent groups and regression were applied to analyze the data. The results showed that from components of perfectionism, only adaptive perfectionism is significantly able to anticipate self-regulation (P<0.0001). None of goal orientation aspects were able to significantly predict self-regulation. These results indicate the effects of beliefs on cognitive processes such as self-regulation.

Using path analysis to determine the relationship between attachment styles and severity of menopausal symptoms: survey mediation role of sex guiltiness feeling and defense mechanisms

Background & Objective: As a complex phenomenon, menopause is accompanied by simultaneous biologi... more Background & Objective: As a complex phenomenon, menopause is accompanied by simultaneous biological, psychic and social changes in life. Attachment styles have critical role in determining the way a woman behave to her body. Researches have shown that there is a relation between unsecure attachment and somatization. They are more vulnerable and tolerate more anxiety. Most of them use psychical mechanism to reduce their anxiety. Moreover, reduction of sexual desire is one of the widespread symptoms of menopause that is related to attachment styles, too. Sex guiltiness is the most important reason of reduction in sexual desire in women and it is related to somatization. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the relation between severity of menopausal symptoms with attachment styles based on the mediation role of defense mechanism and sex guiltiness feel. Methods: According to Morgan table, 388 individuals was participated to study, menopause women ranging from 45 to 65 years old in the city of Mashhad (Khorasan Razavi province, Northeast of Iran). They were selected by using convenience sampling. Inclusion criteria included to be in menopausal period, consent to participate in research, between 45 to 65 years old, Mashhad inhabitant, at least elementary literacy, no background of chronic psychical or physical disease, hysterectomy or artificial menopause and not using replacement therapy like hormone therapy. For data collection, different questionnaire including that of Greene questionnaire of severity of menopausal symptoms, Hazan and Shaver's adult attachment style, Andrews' defense style and Mosher's sex guilt were used. These questionnaires were spread in parks and recreation centers of five main districts of Mashhad. Mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation accounted by the use of SPSS Ver.21 and data were analyzed by using path analysis in Lisrel software. Results: Correlation between severity of menopausal symptoms, attachment styles, defense mechanisms and sex guilt were significant (p<0.01). In another words, with an increase in severity score of menopausal symptoms, participant's scores in sex guilt, immature and neurotic defense mechanism, avoidant, and ambivalence attachment styles were augmented. Fitness parameters of path analysis indicated that the model was generally fitted. The results of path analysis also showed that insecure attachment styles (avoidant and ambivalent) through sex guilt, immature and neurotic defense mechanism, can affect the severity of menopausal symptoms. The effect of avoidant attachment on severity of menopausal symptoms was 0.23, through sex guiltiness feel was 0.26 and through immature and neurotic defense mechanism was 0.24 and they were significant (p<0.01). The effect of ambivalent attachment on severity of menopausal symptoms was 0.18, through sex guilt was 0.21 and through immature and neurotic defense mechanism was 0.20 and they were significant, too (p<0.01). Women with avoidant or ambivalent attachments experience more severe symptoms. In addition, women with high score in menopausal symptoms scale, have higher score in immature and neurotic defense mechanism and sex guilt. Conclusion: According to findings, conceptual model of the research confirmed and the results of path analysis, indicated that insecure attachment styles (avoidant and ambivalence) with more sex guilt and by the use of immature and neurotic defense mechanisms, affect the severity of menopausal symptoms. Thus, effects and relations of attachment styles on the severity of menopausal symptoms are mediated by sex guilt and defense mechanism. Insecure women experience more anxiety, therefore they use more immature and neurotic defense mechanism that it results in the increase of severity of menopausal symptoms. Moreover, when women feel sexual guilt, it also may cause the increase in severity of menopausal symptoms.

Several researches administrated to investigate the relationship between organizational citizensh... more Several researches administrated to investigate the relationship between organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) with job characteristics (JCs). The results were different. One category of variables that probably cause different results is mediators like psychological needs. The aim of this research is to investigate the mediating role of basic psychological needs in relation between JCs and OBCs. Participants in this study were employees of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. A 220 Sample of respondents was selected using quota sampling method. The study tested a model for measuring each of the three variables applying separate questionnaires for JC scale from Hackman & Oldham, citizenship behavior scale from Podsakoff; and basic psychological needs scale. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of Pearson correlation showed that there was a mutual correlation between some of the components of basic psychological needs and JC and OCBs. The correlations were positive and statistically significant while per posed model was fitted to data, and nondirective path was more strength and significance.
