Academic integrity is not embedded in Egyptian educational and learning systems due to a lack of information and collaboration among those in charge of managing educational and learning processes, such as instructors, professors, administrators, stakeholders, and academic institutions. The goal of the current research was to explore the effects of an online training program on the attitudes, knowledge, and performance of bio/medical scholars at Mansoura University regarding academic integrity and selfregulation abilities using a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. Additionally, the research examined the connection between self-regulation and academic integrity before and after the program was implemented. A selfquestionnaire was distributed to sixty scholars (M = 56.7%; F = 43.3%) from five faculties at Mansoura university, Egypt at the beginning and the end of the program. Lastly, the research sample finished a program satisfaction questionnaire at the end of the implementation. T-test and descriptive statistics revealed significant changes in attitudes, knowledge, and performance of academic integrity, as well as self-regulation. The relationship between self-regulation and academic integrity was further verified using Pearson's correlation rate analysis. Moreover, the participants were satisfied with the program. As a result, this research advocated implementing an academic integrity online curriculum that incorporates self-regulation learning skills to avoid research misconduct and promote responsible research behaviors.

Furthermore, the study investigated the relationship between academic integrity, and scientific writing skills before starting the administration of the program and at the end of administrating it. A quasiexperimental pretest-posttest was used. At the start and completion of the ten-week program, participants' self-report attitudes surveys and program tests were examined. At the end of the program, participants were asked to complete a selfevaluation rubric after producing their initial manuscript draft. Descriptive statistics and t-tests showed attitudes, knowledge, and performance of academic integrity, and scientific writing increased significantly. In addition, Pearson's correlation rate analysis proved the connection between academic integrity and scientific writing. Moreover, the effect size of the online program was found to be high. Therefore, this research recommended using academic integrity online program with the integration of scientific writing learning skills to avoid academic misconduct and raise the responsible conduct of research (RCR).

Participants identified barriers to writing, had time to write, and completed at least one research article. Participants provided written responses to questionnaire questions about their learning experience, and at the end of the program, participants identified manuscripts submitted for publication, and completed an evaluation rubric. The result shows that this academic writing program facilitated the knowledge, and support needed skills to foster writing productivity. All participants completed at least one research article by the end of the program and 67% were able to publish their research articles in high-impact journals. It is suggested the physicians' academic writing and publication's productivity requires continued follow-up.
