Çocukluktaki ve yetişkinlikteki ilişkileri anlamayı amaçlayan yaklaşımlardan birisi olan bağlanma kuramı, yakın ilişkiler psikolojisi açısından önemli bir yere sahiptir. Yaşamın ilk yıllarında bakım veren bireyle çocuk arasındaki ilişkinin niteliği üzerine yapılan araştırmalar sonucu geliştirilen bağlanma teorisi ışığında yakın ilişkilerin karmaşık yapısı çeşitli açılardan sınıflandırılarak anlaşılmaya ve açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çocuğun sağlıklı kişilik geliştirmesinde güvenli ve destekleyici aile ortamı önemli bir faktördür. Ebeveyn kaybı, boşanma, sosyo-ekonomik yoksulluk, kötü muamele, ihmal gibi nedenlerle ailesinden ve sosyal çevresinden ayrılmak zorunda kalarak, bakım ve korunma altına alınan çocukların güven duyguları zedelenmekte ve yaşama uyum sağlamakta zorlanmaktadırlar. Bağlanma kuramı açısından travma etkisi oluşturan ayrılma, kaybetme, kopma durumlarına maruz kalan korunmaya muhtaç çocuklar geçmişte yaşadıkları istismar ve ihmalin de etkisiyle genellikle kaygılı ve kaçınmacı bağlanma tarzını kullanmaktadırlar. Kurum bakımının yapısı gereği bağlanma rol modellerinin sürekli değişmesi istikrarsızlığa neden olmakta ve çocukların yetişkinlere olan güvenlerini zedelemektedir. Bağlanma kuramı açısından korunmaya muhtaç çocukların sorunlarının ele alındığı bu makalede; kurum bakımının, korunmaya muhtaç çocukların bağlanma ve güven ilişkisi üzerine etkisi tartışılmıştır.
Abstract
Attachment theory, one of the approaches to understand childhood and adulthood relationships, has an important place in terms of psychology. It has been tried to understand and explain the complicated structure of the close relationships in the light of the bonding theory developed with the research on the nature of the relationship between the individual and the child in the first years of life. A safe and supportive family environment is an important factor in the child's healthy personality development. Children undergoing care and protection, who have to leave their parents and their social environment for some reasons such as parental loss, divorce, socioeconomic poverty, ill-treatment, neglect, have difficulty in adapting to life and it harms their sense of trust. In terms of attachment theory, children in need of protection, who are exposed to some traumatizing situation such as separation, losing, and rupture, often use anxious and avoidant attachment style often because of the effect of abuse and neglect they have experienced in the past. Constant change of attachment role models due to the structure of residential care causes instability and damages children's trust in adults. In this article which deals with the problems of children who need to be protected in terms of attachment theory, the impact of residential care on the attachment and trust relationship of children in need of protection is discussed.
Bu çalışmanın amacı; çocuk adalet sistemi kapsamında suça sürüklenen çocuklara yönelik uygulamaların çocuğun psiko-sosyal gelişim özelliklerine ve çocuk hakları ilkelerine uygun olarak yerine getirilip getirilmediğini çocukların ve alanda çalışanların görüşlerinin alınması yoluyla anlamaya çalışmaktır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çocuk adalet sisteminin çok disiplinli yapısı nedeniyle örneklem seçiminde amaçsal yaklaşım kullanılmış ve maksimum çeşitliliğin sağlanmasına özen gösterilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak veriler toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tümevarımcı bir yaklaşımla NVivo Nitel Veri Analizi Programı'ndan yararlanılmış ve katılımcıların görüşleri doğrultusunda öncelikle ortak kavramsal kodlar oluşturulmuş, sonrasında da alt tema ve temalara ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre; çocuk adalet sistemi uygulamalarında refah yaklaşımı yerine cezalandırma yaklaşımının benimsendiği; adli kolluk, soruşturma, kovuşturma ve ceza infaz aşamalarında çocuk haklarına ve çocuğun psiko-sosyal gelişimine uygun davranılmadığı, sistemin çocukları yeniden toplumsallaştırmada yetersiz kaldığı, müdahaleye rağmen çocukların suç işlemeye devam ettiği anlaşılmıştır. ABSTRACT
The aim of this study is to determine the problems, needs and expectations of adult individuals with substance-use disorders and to examine the relationship between general family function levels and various demographic variables. The study was conducted by using quantitative research method and within the framework of relational screening model. The sample of the study consists of 327 voluntary adult individuals with substance-use disorders who were receiving service from the department of probation. In the research, the Short Form of Family Assessment Device and Risk Assessment Questionnaire were used as data collection tools. T-test and ANOVA among parametric tests were used in the analysis of the obtained data. The relationship between categorical variables was analyzed by Chi-square test. As a result of the study, it was found out that there were not any problems in the general family functions of the participants, but there was a significant relationship between the general family functions and marital status, family structure, monthly income, mental health, age of first substance use, criminal history, and suicide attempt. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to the improvement of the quality of rehabilitation services provided to individuals with substance-use disorder in the department of probation.

The social work intervention processes applied on a child in need of protection due to the loss of a parent is discussed in this article. In the discussed case, M.O. is seven years old and a first grader in elementary school. The child witnessed killing of his father and sibling by his mother and his mother’s suicide as a result of an act of insanity from which he escaped with injuries. M.O. was interviewed in the hospital where he was taken for treatment and it was discussed what could be done on an individual, family, organization and community levels to minimize the impact of the experienced trauma and ensure his return to normal life. The case was studied from the perspective of a generalist social work approach. Alternative social work models were assessed and the most appropriate model was decided by taking the best interests of the child into consideration to ensure his overcoming of the crisis and preparing him to a parentless life.
Violence against women is ongoing problem in all societies. In the case of family violence, certain interventions are applied which are generally concentrate on the women. However, family structure, that caused the violence, is neglected. Family is a dynamic system. When a family confronts the domestic violence, certainly needs an integrated intervention. Family therapy could be very helpful to improve functionality of family. In the approach of family therapy, alongside the aggrieved women, both the offender and other victims of domestic violence are scrutinized as a whole. In order to find a solution, certain constituents which are negatively affected stability and accordance in a family, integrated intervention is adopted.

the community and individual are dynamic, interpretation is taken as the leading
approach while studying phenomenology and cases within this field. The paradigm
transformation first affected life sciences then social sciences. It is acknowledged
that reality cannot be perceived through single viewpoint. The emphasis on
addressing social facts with its own aspects through holistic way has featured
qualitative approach in social sciences.
