Three hundred and eighty-four incarcerated Thai sex offenders are being examined for their internal working model of self and of other using a self-report psychometric instruments: Experience in Closed Relationship-Relationship Specific (ECR-RS: Fraley, Niedenthal, Marks, Brumbaugh & Vicary, 2006) is used to examine the contributing factors that influence the way sex offenders explained their role regarding their crimes are partly influenced by the way they were raised to see themselves, and the way they view other and the world, which deeply internalized in the internal representation formed at early year of life. Both child sex offenders and adult sex offenders have secure parental attachment styles. Child sex offenders reported higher in lover preoccupied attachment styles, whereas the adult sex offenders reported higher in lover fearful styles. The adult sex offenders reported higher attachment-avoidance scores than child sex offenders regarding parental, lover and friends, but not the respectful figures. The result suggested that the adult sex offenders have higher negative view of other than child sex offenders. There is no difference on the attachment-anxiety scores for all four relationship domains suggesting that the child sex offenders and adult sex offenders do not have differences in their attachment-anxiety or their internal working model of self. Further study needed to examine the underlying mechanism of cognition in sex offenders and their closed relationship figures across their lifespan. (256 words)

While new legal reformation has been revised, with spouse rape has been included, as well as the gender of the raped victims. The shift in understanding could lead to higher resistance in the associated areas/fields/departments, such as being labeled to legal reform, the blameworthiness on the criminal justice personnel, the censorship of media, or even the restriction of the prostitution, the permission of using death at arrest in drug traffickers, the abusive of the doctrine concept to create more understanding, protecting the victim of rape have been manipulated into the political instruments. These obstructions arose from the manipulations came upon the selective report result in the local research works, and elaborated further through the media seeking emotion arousal, without creation of any new knowledge for the general population. This has also create the suspicious working environment within the criminal justice, with uncertainty in their performance, thus worsening the chance of raped victim or being raped to come forward to seek the assistance for their own rightful right. This misusage also increase the informal social control, rather in condemning the perpetrators, or become more vigilance of the variety of the crime commission regarding rape, our society became entitlement with making mental detective and assumption towards victims.

Early Reports: Using the Thai version ECR-RS to address the issue regarding the stability of internal working models, "A Nasty Plant Model
The previous section demonstrated the clear two factor components for each relationship domain wh... more The previous section demonstrated the clear two factor components for each relationship domain when analyzed separately. Even in the combination of four domains resulting in 36 items of Thai-ECR-RS, each anxiety and avoidance dimension are of own factor components. The problematic issue whether the global scores, as suggested by previous research to be capable in representing the individual's internal working model regarding view of self and view of other, which were theorized to be very stable throughout the lifespan and resistant to change. At the level of the attachment style, often literatures simplify the styles as how an individual behavior in the interpersonal relationship, special in the romantic significant other. First important issue need to address here again, is that the " attachment style: " is an attachment-driven behaviors, dyadic with the other (commonly primary caregiver) during early childhood experience, activated when under stress (separation), thus, being attached to the caregiver, the child's behaviors and their styles of acting out were by all means to regains their safe havens back. These styles of acting out may varies from crying in infant, and behaviors were being portrayed differently, as the child may started to walk, and even more diverse reaction after the school years, since their safe heaven domains may not to the caregiver anymore, such as hanging out more with friend, and may transit the safe-haven to lover as growing into more interest of romantic relationship. Nevertheless, the underlying, or the driven mechanism was hypothesized to be the same construct, whether a positive/negative view of self, or the positive/negative view of other. If this was true, then the stability of the internal working model regarding self, attachment-anxiety, and internal working model of other regarding of other, or attachment-avoidance, should not be significant when applied the One-way repeated measure ANOVA. The selection of this statistical technique based on the fact that the same person, repeatedly performing the same set of 9 items, for each relationship domains, in sequence of primary caregiver, lover, friend, and respect figure.

With the current trend of awareness in teen pregnancy in Thailand, yet the discrimnation of some girls, labelling and sexualizing, worsen with penalty, rather than helping to young girls whom being hired to dance in sexy movement or even the illegal hostel house with the arrestment of prostitute, Thai or foreingers, ad put them in prison rather than treating them as the victim of human trafficking. The generalization of legal term still continues being discriminate, and relying on the impossible implementation or delivering justice to these young generation under the Thai Contiturion in the year of 2017. Thus, this term paper was among the upcoming, stating the significant and multi-dimensional perspectives in handling teen pregnancy, to end victim-blaming on those whom have no knowledge, those whom were forced raped by the authority thus they could bot complaint and file any report into the government official statistic/ We need to help them, rather the current criminal process, with their uni-dimensional and lack of precision and understanding, they are not helping these kids, rather they are criminalizing them. The proposed concept on “Level of Trust” had been established from these accumulated core concepts, addressing in the victim-offender’s relationship in term of the “ease of accessibility to victim”, “the ease of execute the pre-planned acts”, and “the ease of keeping the misdeed post-crime”. The finite working operational definition was designated as “Level of Trust”, with four levels: (a) incest/intra-familial group, (b) closed-authentic group, referred to those sex offenders that the victim or the guardian of the victim had given trust by social status or work-related positions; (c) superficial group, referred to sex offender whom previously encounter and acknowledge the victim’s existence prior the crime commission; and lastly, (d) total stranger group, referred to sex offenders whom they never met their victims ever before prior the crime commission. This article seeks to address and define the proposed concepts and the significant in determining the context of victim-offender’s relationship in term of quality, the trust given, to understand the cognitive processing and conditioning strategies and tools used to accomplished successfully the act of rape, pre-offence, in-offence and post-offences.

Motility of the Xukes and histopathological changes were studied. Sudden paralysis and death were observed after exposed to PZQ as early as 3 h incubation. In contrast, the TCZ treated Xukes showed active mobility at all intervals. By light microscopic examination, severe damages in various organs such as tegument, muscle, and testes were observed early at 12 h incubation of these drugs. PZQ caused more severe damage to Xukes than TCZ. There were vigorous contraction of musculature, progressive shrinkage of circular and longitudinal muscles, vacuolization and disintegration of the tegument disrupting the worms' outer surface including detachment of spines in the PZQ treatment. The cells in testes were slightly increased in size and followed by degeneration leaving several hollow spaces. The uterus and vitelline glands remained unaVected. The direct observation of the Xuke motility and light microscopic study highly suggested that PZQ was more eVective than TCZ treatment for the eurytremiasis infection.

The study was also designed to access their interpretation of other people's attitude regarding rape. Three hundred and eighty-four incarcerated Thai sex offenders from eight Central Prisons across Thailand were examined for their cognitive processing in their committed crimes against child and adult victims using two self-report instruments: (1) Gudjonsson Blame Attribution Inventory-Revised (GBAI-R: Gudjonssan & Singh, 1989); and (2) Illinois Rape Myth Acceptance-Short Form (IRMA-SF: Payne, Lonsway & Fitzgerald, 1999) which is used to examine their attitude toward the appropriateness regarding sexual intercourse also shaped by the general perception from society that they are embedded in. The impact of these contributing factors in nurturing the rape-supportive attitudes and beliefs are hypothesized to be reflected in their styles of blame attribution. Adult sex offenders reported a higher external attribution score than child sex offenders. There are no differences in the mental attribution and guilt scores between child sex offender and adult sex offender groups. Rape myth acceptance total mean score is positively correlated with the external attribution score in both child sex offender and adult sex offenders while the rape myth subscales reveal a different correlation to the blame attribution subscales. Rape myth acceptance statements and external blame attribution functioned to reduce guilt in adult sex offenders while it did not reduce guilt in child sex offenders but rather provided the content in their statements in justifying their criminal action to external and mental factors. There was no difference between child sex offenders and adult sex offender groups in the rape myth total mean score and seven rape myth subscales, which could be reflecting the more common thinking pattern among the child sex offenders and adult sex offenders.

Not known to local medical examiner. Thanks for showing the spirit of a forensic scientist not to deal with only known knowledge but to be aware and prepared for the unknown, to be open-minded in a scientific way. Thanks to my co-advisor, Dr. Ekasit Somsook and his following students in the Chemistry Department for taking me a big step into the chemistry world. I learned much more from doing this project. My chemistry knowledge expanded beyond the thought that I ever could since my undergraduate study is Biological science. Thanks to Dr. Prapin Wilairat for giving another perspective in this work when I felt stuck at a dead-end. Thanks to my beloved forensic instructors, laboratory coordinators and colleagues for all the support and encouragement when I felt like loosing it. To Mahidol University, the forensic science programme. Thanks for the opportunity for me to explore and to prove my hypothesis, when it was very difficult to perform under circumstantial situation. Thanks to my family and friends for their patience with my work. Last but not least, thank God for giving me strength to make it through to this point.

One of several reasons may be the inability to detect the biological evidence such as DNA because of their high decomposition rate, or because an assailant uses a condom. Other circumstantial evidence such as condom and personal lubricant trace evidence can be useful in such cases for linking assailants to the crimes. 56 lubricants from condom and personal lubricants available in Thailand were examined with Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (NMR) to identify the basis of chemical composition of lubricants, and to attempt to classify them according to their uniqueness as a database for assisting future investigations.
FTIR is an efficient technique for the detection of the trace evidence from condom and personal lubricants. The method provides satisfactory information in identifying the based-type of the lubricants. Of the 56 samples analyzed with FTIR technique, 49 samples showed the PDMS characteristic peaks in their IR spectra. The power for the discrimination among samples from the same group of lubricant-based is found to be limited. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy has also been performed for comparison with the FTIR results. This technique is also effective for the detection of silicone-based PDMS. Of 40 silicone-based lubricant sample types, by using NMR technique, these samples can be further categorized into 5 major groups, with 2 samples uniquely defined according to other additive compounds added to the lubricant, which give most condoms a particular signature in the NMR spectra.

Little awareness has been given to the excitement among the criminal career groups and new emerging problematic issues derived from the strict demand and stress constrains upon each Nation without realization of own unique weakness and strength. The idea of unitu would be worthwhile if we are at the stage of ready-for-next development, by that I meant the Self-respect for own Grass root, respect own Human Right as well as the continuity to strive in maintaining, resolving local and domestic conflict issues, embrace human diversity and truly appreciate and conserve the natural resources. From my own opinion, we are not much different from the ancient war time of colonial hunters while degrading other who are different from us. The unity of several nation would only multiple the destruction power, let's call it the Nuclear Fusion of Humanity Destruction of Humankind in 21st century. The first article I have written on the demand for multi-language skills, lead to demand the more international educational system. Within society with society/economically gap, only few could obtain, but through overly emphasis on some portion and ignoring others, several social issues raised questions, or only amplified the pre-existing one. This is not the project aim to criticize, but to highlight some overseen issues that could not be oversee anymore.

We force those appeared differences to hate themselves, just as how the media advertisement spreading self-rejection from skin colour, from own nose, own eye, just to hate self, just as birth gender. We need to empower people from within, for there is no Right we can guarantee, or to protect those being oppressed 24/7, especially within such a Hippocratic era and ignorance society. The only thing we can do is to empower them from within. Here, I do hope. All those working for the equality for alternative genders, will came to realization, that it is never about gender, it has and always been about the “Oppressors against the vulnerable one”, just blind-sided by the Tokenism. “Tokenism benefits only a few. It never benefits the masses, and the masses are the ones who have the problem, not the few. That one who benefits from tokenism, he doesn’t want to be around us anyway—that’s why he picks up on the token” (Malcolm X 1965).

How do we defined the healthy level of pornographic consumption, in enhancing our well-being, but not increase proneness toward illegal sexual assault? This article will discuss on three issues: (a) Sexual aggression and violence pornography, are these the same thing? (b) Watching Porn does not lead to rape, but rather, through learning on the strategies to rape in a certain context; and (c) some rationalities on the tendencies to misjudge that porn lead to sexual assault.
