The factors include political events, firms? policies, general economic conditions, investors' expectations, institutional investors' choices, movement of other stock markets, and psychology of investors. This study focuses on the macroeconomic factors in the form of news on a social network influencing the stock prices in the stock market. The observed factors have influenced macroeconomics whilst the trends of driving stock prices influenced by those could be upward, downward, or sideways by applying R programming together with R package to attain and analyse the data from the website.

The existing graph based methods rely on Bag of Words approach, which treats sentence as bag of words and relies on content similarity measure. The obvious limitation of Bag of Words approach is that it ignores semantic relationships among words and thus the summary produced from the source text would not be adequate. This paper proposes a clustered semantic graph based approach for multi-document abstractive summarization. The approach operates by employing semantic role labeling (SRL) to extract the semantic structure (predicate argument structures) from the document text. The predicate argument structures (PASs) are compared pair wise based on Lin semantic similarity measure to build semantic similarity matrix, which is thus represented as semantic graph whereas the vertices of graph represent the PASs and the edges correspond to the semantic si...

The study divides the production field into 180 productions in 2000, 2005, and 2010. Based on the research, it was discovered that regarding the analysis by using the factors of production and product distribution, industry 4.0 groups mostly utilizes the production factors from the wholesale trade sector and distributed the products to restaurants and drinking places sector. According to the analysis by multipliers, these five groups were the parts of industry 4.0 where the output multipliers increased from 2000 to 2010; it could be because it caused a change of products and production increase. The multiplier in 2010 is 1.81,which increased by 8.35% from 2000. The food, agriculture, and the biotech group had the highest value of multipliers, 2.04, which demonstrate...

A small dataset of students' feedbacks was collected from the public website and was utilized in the experimental. We performed the lexicon based sentiment analysis to identify sentiment word and determine overall sentiment polarity of students' comment into positive and negative classes based on Opinion Lexicon automatically. A comparison between overall sentiment scores and numerical response scores of teacher evaluation aspects were evaluated and plotted into graphs in order to compare the relationship between each pair of two variables. Especially, we applied the statistical techniques using Pearson's correlation and Spearman's rank to confirm these visual correlation results. The experimental results suggested that there is a significant correlation between overall sentiment scores from its qualitativ...

Researchers have discovered that real-time news has much bearing on the movement of stock prices. Analysts now have to deal with vast amounts of real time, unstructured streaming data due to the advent of electronic and online news sources. This paper aims to investigate the relationship between online news and actual stock price movement. R programming together with R package are applied to capture and analyze the online news data from Yahoo Financial. The data are plotted into graphs to analyze the relationship between the two variables. In addition, to ensure the levels of the relationship, the Pearson's correlation and Spearman's Rank are applied to test whether there is a statistical association between these two variables. This initial analysis of dynamic online news based on sentimental words is relatively constructive.

Comparative analysis was then performed on CPO price forecasting results using the machine learning techniques. Monthly CPO prices, selected vegetable oil prices, crude oil prices and monthly exchange rate data from January 1987 to February 2017 were utilized. Preliminary analysis showed a positive and high correlation between the CPO price and soy bean oil price and also between CPO price and crude oil price. Experiments were conducted using multi-layer perception, support vector regression and Holt Winter exponential smoothing techniques. The results were assessed by using criteria of root mean square error (RMSE), means absolute error (MAE), means absolute percentage error (MAPE) and Direction of accuracy (DA). Among these three techniques, support vector regression(SVR) with Sequential minimal optimization (SMO) algorithm showed relatively better results compared to multi-layer perceptron and Holt Winters exponential smoothing method.
