Hi everyone!
I started my Livejournal in 2005 at the time the LOTR fandom was at its height. In the early days, most of the people on my friends list were those that moved over to LJ from the Forums in TORC and K-D. It was a great time, where everyone had the same focus on what was going on with the LOTR movies. I loved it. As time went by, I gathered some new friends (or in many cases, friends of friends).

What I'm getting around to is that I believe it's time to do a little housekeeping. There are several people on my friends list who haven't posted to LJ in several years, so I thought now is as good a time as any to go through the list and remove them.
However, if you have received notification that you have been removed, or you are someone who knows me off-LJ and would still like to keep in touch by reading my occasional entries, please let me know and I will reinstate you on my friends list straight away!
Even though I've never officially announced that this is a friends-only journal, that's pretty much what it's been for quite a while now. I usually only post entries about family and personal matters. So, if you aren't on my friends list and would like to be included, please send me a reply to this post and I will consider your request!
