Project Description
Grasslands is a 93,000 sq. m. commercial development site that is home to a collection of large retail stores including Regina’s first Walmart Supercentre and Saskatchewan’s first Lowe’s Home Improvement Centre, as well as several other new-to-market retailers, a multitude of dining options, beauty services and banking options.
Mechanical System Description
The mechanical systems for the base building includes Rooftop Units (RTUs), Forced air heating, sanitary, storm, potable water, and fire suppression systems. Individual commercial retail units (CRUs) are designed to fulfill the needs of the tenant.
