With the commoditization of certain products of insurance, the financial challenges of these entities have been intensifying every day, bringing the need for more accurate methods of financial analysis for short, medium and long term. Given these concepts, this paper presents a case study of Insurance Company, bringing its strategic objectives, vision and mission, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses, as well as presenting a model of financial analysis by client based on return on equity. The conclusion of this paper is that the financial analysis by return on equity model by line of business and by client can be perfectly applicable if combined and aligned with the strategic objectives of the company.
