ปัญหานี้แก้ง่ายมาก แค่เราติดตั้ง Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio ลงบนเครื่องก็เรียบร้อยแล้ว
1. ดาวน์โหลดโปรแกรมที่ต้องใช้
- Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013

2. ทำการติดตั้งโปรแกรมที่ดาวน์โหลดได้มาจากข้อ 1.
3.ติดตั้งเสร็จ แล้ว ให้เรา Restart เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ เท่านี้ก็เสร็จสิ้น
