Description

BytNexo User Switcher is the most powerful WordPress user switch plugin that lets administrators switch users instantly. Admins can login as user, test roles, debug issues, and switch back to admin with one click.

While other plugins charge for advanced features, we are proud to offer Role-Based Access Control, Floating Switch Back Buttons, customizable button, WooCommerce Cart Preservation, and Custom Redirects — completely free.

NEW: Pro-Level Features (Now 100% Free)

We have added enterprise-grade features previously only available in premium plugins:

  • Role-Based Access Control – Choose exactly which user roles (Editor, Author, Contributor, Subscriber) are allowed to switch accounts. Administrator access is always enabled by default.
  • Floating Switch Back Button – Never lose your way back. A customizable floating button appears when you switch users. Position it Bottom Left, Bottom Right, Top Left, or Top Right.
  • Full Button Customization – Change the background color, button text, text color, hover color, padding, border radius, and font size. No CSS required.
  • Avatar Support – Display the user avatar inside the switch back button. Customize the avatar size.
  • Smart Redirect Rules – Set custom Admin Redirect URLs (where you land after switching) and Logout Redirect URLs (where you go after ending a “Login as User” session).
  • WooCommerce Cart Preservation – Enable this option to prevent customer carts from being cleared when you switch to them for support.

Core Features

  • Switch to any user account instantly (no manual login required)
  • Switch back to the original admin with one click via the admin bar OR a floating button
  • User profile page switching option
  • WooCommerce integration (switch from order pages)
  • No database modifications – uses secure cookies
  • Very lightweight & fast
  • Secure — Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) included
  • Multi-site compatible
  • Respects WordPress authentication hooks and security plugins

This plugin is ideal for debugging user-specific issues, testing user roles and frontend experience, providing customer support, and managing WooCommerce or membership accounts.
