With this paper, I prefer to name this purpose as common good call on environmental hesitation. By May, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality declared to rebuild " Taksim Military Barracks" replacing with Gezi Park which is the limited greener area used as park located in the very center of Taksim square. Some NGOs and numbers of inhabitants of region rejected declaration and created public opinion against construction site, asserting what Istanbul needs is more green areas not construction sites.Unfortunately, by May 27, heavy machineries of Istanbul Municipality conquered the land and started to clear cut the trees carelessly. The issue had become more public and the trees clear-cut was started to be broadcasted by audio-visual media channels. More people joined to group day by day, shifts were organized to prevent clear-cut of trees by municipal agents, also camping at the land was initiated as a part of shift. Just the day after, very early in the morning, municipal police set fire the shelter tents of people and overbore them through spraying gas. This tyranny happened while people were sleeping very early in the morning when protests were inactive.

The change itself is a sustainable process where sometimes let its reactions emerge instantly or let them happen just afterwards. History has experienced both significant bitter changes like revolution, sometimes in a form of evolution. Like many aspects; structures, policies, expectations formed themselves in multi-layered theories and practices. Sometimes ideologies are constructed and applied to practices, and witnessed its pass or failure, however sometimes practices brought us to new ideologies, and even their newer version like many ideologies called with "neo" with some significant edits.
