Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress
Go to WP-admin -> Appearance -> Widgets and you will find the ‘Netgo Expandable/Collapsible Menu’ widget there.
Put ‘Netgo Expandable/Collapsible Menu’ in widget area.
Here you can select option form drop down to show with Netgo Expandable/Collapsible Menu
Call that widget on your template file

This was super easy to install and configure. I had this working in less time than it took me to download it. Seriously easy. Highly recommend. Not sure about the other reviewers that said their content was blank. I did not have this problem.
