I'm a bit skint lately but I want my old LJ icons back! The ads haven't been bothering me since I've been back as a "free" user. Seriously, early adopters should have been given free paid accounts ages ago. I'm going to do the right thing and not worry about it. I should just save and delete the icons I have and upload some new ones. Tada! Problem solved.
It's been 1 month and 20 days since I quit smoking.
I have saved $423 since I quit smoking.
I would have smoked an extra 1,008 if I did not quit smoking.
I have however, smoked about a dozen cigarettes since I quit, but they were when my eCigarette died while I was drinking or away from home and only to convince myself that real cigarettes taste disgusting. I can only finish about half a "real" cigarette when I do have one so I'm pretty sure I hate them but like to remind myself every so often.

Where does one begin when one has been away for so long? The easy stuff is that I'm still in Ontario, living in the country still...boring. Trying to get back into the city but I don't want to be poor so it's taking me awhile to find a place that won't piss me off and that's affordable.

My main problem with my treadmill was that being on it was boring. I stared into a wall trying to figure out how make it more enjoyable. Buy a small LDC TV and mount it on the wall (expensive little buggers), find a shelf and put my laptop on it and watch a movie (meh), or....find a beaten up bookcase from the basement and haul my 40 lb. TV to the top of it and hope to hell it doesn't come crashing down. Hooray! We have a winner.
So I walked my way through The Biggest Loser last night, well at least tried to. I wasn't going for speed or distance but after 8km (5miles) I had to stop because my feet were burning from the start of many blisters forming. Doesn't matter, my BodyBugg told me I burned about 600 calories in 85 minutes so I'm happy with that and I like walking.
I gained 13lbs in the last month from not watching what I eat. Horrible. I can feel it too. Pants a bit tighter, sluggish mornings. So back on track for me! I have a goal and I will reach it...this time.
