Is Listdom free?
Yes. Listdom Lite is free and available on WordPress.org. It includes essential features to build a basic directory. You can upgrade with its Add-ons for advanced features.
What’s the difference between Listdom Lite, Pro, and Add-ons?
Lite is free and includes core features. Pro is an addon that adds premium skins, more search options, and tools. Other add-ons provide extra features, such as advanced map tools, memberships, advanced filters, and bookings.
Each addon can be purchased individually here for 1, 5, or unlimited sites. Also, all of the Listdom addons are accessible through Listdom All-Pass plans.
Is there an All-Pass license?
Yes. Listdom offers an All-Pass that includes all current and future add-ons, themes, and features, with big savings compared to individual purchases. There are 3 All-Pass plans for Listdom. Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime.
What are the differences between the Listdom All-Pass plans?
Listdom offers flexible All-Pass plans that include 32+ addons, all upcoming addons, auto updates, and demo toolkits, with different license limits depending on the plan.

A. 1 Month Plan – $21 per month (normally $27)

Key Differences:
The 1 Month Plan is the only plan with a single-site license, no demo toolkits, and no refund option.
The 1 Year Plan includes unlimited site usage, demo toolkits, and a refund window.
The Lifetime Plans include everything in the 1 Year Plan, but with lifetime updates and support, and are one-time payments with site-based license options (2, 8, or 20 sites).

Important Note About Licensing
An active license is required for the functionality of Listdom addons, toolkits, and apps. The license is not only for updates and support, but it is also required for the premium features to work. Listdom Core is completely free and does not require a license.
Is a license required to use Listdom and its addons/toolkits/apps?
Listdom itself is completely free and does not require any license to install or use. However, all paid Listdom products, such as addons, toolkits, and apps, require an active license in order to function.
The license is not only for updates and support, but it is also required for enabling the core functionalities of these paid products. Without activating your license, premium features will not work. You will have 14 days to enter the license, and then the product functionality will be disabled.
How does the subscription work?
Subscriptions give you ongoing access to updates and support. You can subscribe monthly, annually, or lifetime. Your license key activates the Add-ons on your sites.
Can I purchase a subscription for a different number of websites?
Yes. Licenses are available for 1 site in the monthly plan and unlimited sites in the yearly and lifetime plans. You can choose based on your needs and upgrade at any time.
What payment methods are accepted?
Listdom accepts major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are handled securely via a trusted payment gateway.
Is the payment process secure?
Yes. All payments are processed over secure HTTPS connections and handled by industry-standard payment processors.
Can I combine multiple discount codes when purchasing on Listdom.net?
No. Discount codes cannot be combined or stacked on Listdom.net. Each purchase can use only one coupon or promotional code at a time.
If multiple promotions are available, you may choose the one that provides the best value for your order.
Is there an auto-renewal option?
Yes. The auto-renewal is activated to keep your license active without interruption. You can cancel anytime from your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your Listdom account, go to your subscriptions, and click “Cancel.” You’ll retain access until the end of the billing period.
What is Listdom’s refund policy?
You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you’re not satisfied. Renewals are not refundable.
How do I request a refund?
Submit a support ticket with your order details. Refunds are processed within a few business days if eligible.
Can I request a refund for a renewal?
No, we do not issue refunds for subscription renewals. If you no longer wish to continue a subscription, you can cancel it at any time to avoid future charges. Once a renewal has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Do I need to return anything to get a refund?
No physical return is needed. You only need to deactivate your license and confirm you’re no longer using the product by filling in the refund form.
