Getting started with Lipscore for Magento stores is quick and straightforward. Our onboarding team supports you through setup, integration, testing, and training — aligned to your selected SLA.
Step 1: Welcome & Onboarding Setup
You’ll receive an initial email from the Lipscore onboarding team.
Step 2: Integration
The integration is implemented based on the agreed setup and SLA level.
Step 3: Integration Testing
Once the integration is complete, you make a test purchase to confirm that review invitations are correctly scheduled in your Lipscore account.
At the same time, the Lipscore onboarding team tests the review flow and widgets to ensure everything works as expected.

Step 5: Go Live
Once testing and training are complete, your Lipscore integration goes live.
It is possible to import your past reviews to Lipscore, however, a very specific file and data structure is required for the import not to fail. Here is the template with explanation of the required datapoints.
