Analytics – Basic info
Lipscore Analytics is a tool that allows you to assess the performance of your products, services or stores with help of simple diagrams and charts.
Basic info:
- Depending on what features are active in your account you will see different types of dashboards in the left-hand side menu. The maximum scope of Dashboards are: Standard, Product insights, Category/Brand Insights, Service insights, Location Heatmap (physical stores).
- The preset elements of the Dashboard can be removed and moved around, new charts can also be added – depending on what insights you are focusing on. Customizations are applied per user meaning that you can customize your dashboard as you want it without interfering with other users’ preferred set of charts.
- Results are based exclusively on Published ratings and reviews. Those in Pending, Need attention or Deleted section are not included.
- Results do not include imported reviews, but they do include results from Kickstart campaign.
- There is an info icon on each chart. When you hover over the icon (i) a short text will pop explaining what data the selected chart presents and how it is calculcated.
Customization

You can rearrange, delete and add new charts to your Dashboard by clicking the Customize button in the top right corner.
If the changes you made became too confusing – you can Discard them or Reset to Default using the buttons on the sides of Save changes button.
