In my experience both learners and teachers recognise its potential lack of clarity and how this can become a hindrance in the lucidity of grading criteria when including creativity as a learning outcome, formally and informally. Additionally this subject demands some exploration of the shared views between the teacher and the learner as to what we mean by the term ‘creativity’ and ideally a mutual recognition can and how it may be taught or at least developed by the H.E. institution.
