WebDAV备份功能半自动模式：
依赖浏览器打开管理中心，关闭浏览器后自动备份将停止
使用方法：
方法 1：替换 config.yaml 文件中的 panel-github-repository 参数为：

方法 2：直接 下载 management.html 到本地打开
