现在官方plus 4o 和4的使用限制还是40/3H么

最近用了几家PLUS拼车的，说是用的始皇的网关，但是oai share 站正常的时候，plus 拼车站总是回吐很慢，最近来了活回吐慢太影响效率了又要保存上下文，准备充官方了

集中时间段使用，动态使用上限很容易被触发嘛

分开统计的，4好像是3h40次，4o反正比普号多得多，之前有佬测过具体多少不清楚了

我记得4是40/3h，同时间段4用完后，还能再用40次4o。但如果在3小时内用了80次4o，4也不能继续用了。

不过看官方说明，感觉两者的限额互相独立？反正一个人用肯定够了
