ANTENATAL PROGRAMMES 

Start or stay active during pregnancy with the weekly class that is suitable for all trimesters. 

To access the class please make contact with the team who will be able to send the link for Zoom.

Eat well during pregnancy.

EATING WELL DURING PREGNANY

POSTNATL PROGRAMMES 

Weekly post-natal exercise for new Mums. Exercising with baby in the buggy so no crèche is needed, also an opportunity to meet other mums. Dads/ carers/ grandparents etc are also welcome.

A healthy eating and physical activity programme for children aged 2-4yrs and their parents or carers. Offering a friendly, fun and creative environment to learn about healthy eating and active play. 

ONE BODY ONE LIFE 2-4 YEARS 

One body One Life programme is designed for children aged 5 – 14 and their families, the programme aims to increase healthy eating and exercise through fun practical sessions that incorporate evidence based behaviour change techniques.
