
Enkeleda Lulaj
Dr. Enkeleda Lulaj holds a Doctorate in Finance and Accounting (Economics) and is an Assistant Professor. She is the co-founder of B.O.R.N. and serves as an Ambassador for Financial Evaluation, Women in Tech, and Research & Innovation. Additionally, she is the Country Director for the International Young Society and World Voice International. Dr. Lulaj is a member of the editorial boards of numerous international journals in countries including the USA, Belgium, Georgia, Germany, Denmark, Ukraine, India, Pakistan, and the Philippines. She has extensive experience in international conferences, having served as a supervisor, scientific committee member, editorial board member, and session chair at universities and institutions across Belgium, France, Switzerland, Austria, Turkey, the UK, South Korea, India, and Italy. She is also a reviewer for prestigious Scopus and Web of Science journals in the UK and Switzerland. As a visiting professor, she has lectured on economics, finance, accounting, education, research, and topics related to economic development, financial stability, and quality enhancement in higher education. She has delivered lectures at universities, institutes, NGOs, symposiums, summits, workshops, and webinars in the USA, India, Indonesia, Egypt, the Philippines, Belgium, Germany, Albania, Italy, Iran, Australia, Iraq, Malaysia, Romania, Ireland, Cambodia, England, Canada, Hong Kong, Poland, Singapore, Scotland, and Finland. Dr. Lulaj has completed numerous training programs in economics, finance, accounting, research, and management at leading universities worldwide, including institutions in the USA, Ukraine, Italy, Austria, Germany, Malaysia, Pakistan, and Sweden. She also holds certifications from the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. She is a member of various institutes focused on economics, education, and research and has experience managing projects through Erasmus+, Euphoria, and Tempus programs. Her contributions have been recognized with multiple international awards in teaching, science, innovation, women's leadership, and peace. A distinguished student in Kosovo, she has since received numerous acknowledgments from students as an outstanding professor. Dr. Lulaj is open to collaboration and teamwork.
