This Privacy Policy describes how Team Taggart LLC, doing business as Tag Team Design (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with LightSync Pro (“LightSync Pro” or “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

LightSync Pro does not collect or store creative assets, images, or cloud platform content on Company servers.

All cloud platform data (Adobe Lightroom, Figma, Canva) is accessed directly via official OAuth integrations and synchronized between the respective cloud service and your WordPress site or Shopify store. Media content is stored only within your cloud platform account and your own WordPress/Shopify hosting environment.

We may collect limited operational and account-related information, including:

  • Name and email address
  • Billing address
  • Payment information (processed by third-party payment processors)
  • License and plugin activation data (domain, plugin version, license key)

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information only to:

  • Provide and support your LightSync Pro subscription
  • Process payments and manage licenses
  • Respond to support requests
  • Send transactional or product-related communications
  • Monitor license compliance and prevent abuse

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Cloud Platform API Data

LightSync Pro integrates with multiple cloud platforms. When you connect your account(s):

Adobe Lightroom

  • Authorization occurs directly through Adobe OAuth 2.0
  • No Adobe passwords or credentials are stored
  • No image assets or Lightroom metadata are stored on Company servers

Figma

  • Authorization occurs directly through Figma OAuth 2.0
  • No Figma passwords or credentials are stored
  • No design assets or Figma metadata are stored on Company servers

Canva (Coming Soon)

  • Authorization will occur directly through Canva OAuth 2.0
  • No Canva passwords or credentials will be stored
  • No design assets or Canva metadata will be stored on Company servers

Shopify

  • Authorization occurs directly through Shopify OAuth 2.0
  • No Shopify passwords or credentials are stored
  • Synced images are transferred directly to your Shopify Files library

For all platforms, LightSync Pro acts only as a synchronization broker. All media remains within your cloud platform accounts and your WordPress site or Shopify store.

You may revoke access at any time through each platform’s account settings or within the plugin.

4. AI Insights & Analytics Data

LightSync Pro includes optional AI Insights features for performance tracking and optimization:

Performance Tracking (No External API)

  • Image impressions and clicks are tracked locally within your WordPress database
  • No tracking data is sent to Company servers
  • You control data retention settings and may delete tracking data at any time

AI Visual Analysis (Optional, User-Provided API Key)

  • If you enable AI Visual Analysis, you must provide your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key
  • API requests are sent directly from your WordPress site to OpenAI or Anthropic
  • Your API key is stored only within your WordPress database
  • Company servers never receive, store, or process your API key or AI analysis data
  • Usage and costs are governed by your agreement with OpenAI or Anthropic

A/B Testing

  • Test configuration and results are stored locally within your WordPress database
  • No A/B testing data is sent to Company servers

5. Third-Party Services

LightSync Pro relies on trusted third-party services, including:

  • Adobe Inc. – Lightroom Cloud API access
  • Figma, Inc. – Figma API access
  • Canva Pty Ltd. – Canva API access (coming soon)
  • Shopify Inc. – Shopify API access
  • Stripe – Secure subscription and payment handling
  • OpenAI – Optional AI analysis (user-provided API key)
  • Anthropic – Optional AI analysis (user-provided API key)

Each third party operates under its own privacy policies. We encourage users to review them.

6. Cookies & Website Data

Our website may use minimal cookies or analytics tools required for functionality, security, and checkout processes. We do not use behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption, restricted access to account data, secure license handling, and WordPress security best practices.

Because we do not store creative media, cloud platform content, or AI analysis data, exposure risk is minimized.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Request data portability
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

9. International Users

LightSync Pro serves users globally and processes data in accordance with applicable privacy principles, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

10. Changes to This Policy

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, activating, or using LightSync Pro, you (“User,” “you”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Plugin.

These Terms govern your use of the LightSync Pro software, related services, and any integrations with third-party platforms, including Adobe Lightroom, Figma, Canva, and Shopify APIs.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

  • “Service” means LightSync Pro, including the WordPress plugin, browser extensions, background processing services, APIs, and related tools.
  • “Plugin” means the LightSync Pro WordPress plugin.
  • “User Content” means media or data synchronized from third-party platforms to your WordPress site or Shopify store.
  • “Third-Party Services” means platforms, APIs, hosting providers, or tools not operated by Tag Team Design, including Adobe, Figma, Canva, Shopify, OpenAI, Anthropic, and WordPress.
  • “AI Features” means optional features including performance tracking, A/B testing, and AI visual analysis.

3. Description of Service

LightSync Pro is a software solution that enables users to synchronize media assets between third-party cloud platforms (including Adobe Lightroom Cloud, Figma, and Canva) and destination platforms (WordPress websites and Shopify stores).

The Service functions as an automation and integration tool only. LightSync Pro does not host, store, edit, publish, curate, or control User Content.

Synchronization is performed on a best-effort basis and may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, or affected by third-party services, server environments, API availability, or external system behavior outside our control.

4. License and Ownership

Team Taggart LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Plugin on your own WordPress site(s) in accordance with your subscription plan.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Plugin or its API integrations
  • Circumvent licensing, usage limits, or security mechanisms

All intellectual property rights in LightSync Pro remain the exclusive property of Team Taggart LLC.

All intellectual property rights in third-party software, APIs, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Certain features require a valid license key or paid subscription. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

5. Integration with Third-Party APIs

LightSync Pro integrates with third-party platforms via their official APIs and operates under each platform’s applicable developer and product-specific terms:

By using LightSync Pro, you authorize access to your connected accounts solely for the purpose of synchronizing assets between platforms.

LightSync Pro does not permanently store cloud platform media on Tag Team Design servers.

6. AI Features & User-Provided API Keys

LightSync Pro includes optional AI-powered features:

Performance Tracking & A/B Testing

  • These features store data locally in your WordPress database
  • No external API calls are required for basic performance tracking
  • You are responsible for compliance with applicable privacy laws regarding visitor tracking on your website

AI Visual Analysis (Optional)

  • This feature requires you to provide your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key
  • API requests are made directly from your WordPress installation to the AI provider
  • You are solely responsible for:
    • Compliance with OpenAI’s or Anthropic’s Terms of Service
    • All usage costs associated with your API key
    • The content you submit for analysis
    • Securing your API key
  • Tag Team Design is not responsible for any charges, errors, or issues arising from your use of third-party AI services

7. Privacy & Data Handling

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how limited technical and operational data is handled.

Authentication occurs directly through each platform’s official OAuth 2.0 implementation. LightSync Pro does not store passwords or credentials for any connected platform.

You remain responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws related to your content and website.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party terms
  • Maintain control of your platform credentials and API keys
  • Ensure your hosting environment, WordPress installation, themes, and plugins remain secure and compatible
  • Maintain backups of your website and media
  • Review and validate synchronized assets
  • Avoid misuse, abuse, scraping, or unauthorized redistribution of content

You acknowledge that:

  • Third-Party Services may impose rate limits, outages, API changes, or restrictions
  • Synchronization behavior may be affected by external systems outside our control
  • We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugins, or themes
  • When synchronization is enabled, the connected cloud media source is treated as the authoritative source for synchronized assets, and changes made upstream may be reflected on your WordPress site or Shopify store

9. Fees and Subscriptions

LightSync Pro offers free and paid subscription plans.

Billing Options

  • Paid subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled
  • Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year until cancelled

Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • You authorize recurring charges according to your selected billing interval

Changes

  • Pricing, features, limits, and availability may change with reasonable notice
  • You may upgrade from monthly to annual billing at any time
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period

Refunds

  • Unless otherwise stated or required by law, fees are non-refundable
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period

10. Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide feedback, ideas, feature requests, or suggestions regarding the Service, you grant Tag Team Design a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use and incorporate such feedback without obligation or compensation.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

LightSync Pro is provided “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy, reliability, or availability
  • Compatibility with all environments

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, security, or protection against data loss, delays, or failures.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • No Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, SEO impact, downtime, or business interruption.
  • Liability Cap: Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  • Third-Party Failures: We are not liable for failures caused by third-party services, hosting environments, WordPress updates, plugins, themes, AI providers, or external systems.
  • AI Features: We are not liable for any costs, errors, or issues arising from your use of AI features or user-provided API keys.

Some jurisdictions may limit these exclusions.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team Taggart LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your User Content
  • Your use of AI features and user-provided API keys
  • Violations of applicable law or third-party terms
  • Breaches of these Terms

14. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms immediately cease.

15. Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

17. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
