Is my financial data safe?

Yes. Lightsplit uses encryption and secure cloud infrastructure. We never share your data with third parties, and you can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Can I split expenses unevenly?

Yes! You can split by exact amounts, percentages, or shares. For example, if one person ordered more at dinner, just adjust their portion. You can also exclude specific people from certain expenses.

Does everyone in the group need to add Lightsplit?

No. Only one person needs to add Lightsplit to create a group and record expenses. Other members can be added as virtual members first, and they can join the group anytime later to view details or settle up on their own.
