Request workshops and custom materials
Liaison librarians
Liaison librarians support the information needs of students and researchers by providing tailored research assistance, developing research resources, teaching research skills, offering resource recommendations, and maintaining collections. They collaborate with faculty to integrate library resources into the curriculum.
Learning specialists
Learning specialists promote student success by developing materials, facilitating workshops, offering 1-1 consultations, and in class instruction. Areas of support include but are not limited to note-taking, study skills and writing at the undergraduate and graduate level. They also collaborate with faculty to integrate academic skills programming into the curriculum.
Creation of custom materials is dependent on learning specialist or librarian availability and complexity of the deliverable. Please discuss options with us as early as possible.
View resources for students
Use these online resources to support your studies and achieve academic success.
Instructors can include these resources in Canvas courses so students have easy access to additional learning and skill development opportunities.
Design effective research assignments
We can offer practical guidance for designing assignments to meet student learning outcomes, and support student learning by sharing or developing resources or providing targeted instruction.
