Library Accessibility Services
Welcome to Library Accessibility Services. Our goal is to support the university community with alternate formats for those who need them. LAS offers accessible study spaces and technology to assist with coursework and research endeavours for students, staff and faculty with disabilities. Here are some of the services we provide:
- alternate formats of library materials for all university community members with a print disability
- alternate formats of course materials (textbooks, solution manuals) for students with print disabilities
- alternate formats of required readings (A2L content) for blind & students with low vision
- proactively caption supplemental classroom videos (not lecture capture)
- access to the Campus Accessible Tech Space (CATS), an accessible, noise-controlled study space in Mills
- access to an Assistive Technology Lending Library
