Apologies if this has been answered already. I successfully set up gen p on my laptop last year & I want to do the same process on my new PC. I was wondering if it would work if I used the same adobe account I used to set up gen p on my laptop. Do I need to create a new adobe account if I’m doing the process again on a new PC?

The mods can verify on a patching level, but I’d assume it should work. Adobe lets you use any account on at least two devices logged in simultaneously. The GenP guide only mentions the account should be in no way associated with any genuine Adobe subscriptions or your real identity/details. If you do encounter issues though, it’s super easy to make and verify a brand new account for your new PC. And you’ll have to patch the apps with the latest GenP version regardless after installing, no matter what account you use (again, as long as it’s never been associated with any genuine subscriptions)

Yeah, I don’t have it associated with my original adobe account. It was one I created specifically for the process like the guide stated. I was just curious if logging in on the adobe cc app on my new computer (prior to the setup of gen p) would cause adobe to recognize that my “free trial” (that’s been extended using genp) is illegitimate & potentially deactivate the account & its access to the programs, even on my laptop. I was afraid of making that mistake.
