The Famous Grouse – Full of Character

The Famous Grouse was in danger of being seen as whisky for old folks. Global messaging was inconsistent and the category was crowded. Launched in 2023, the Full of Character brand platform delivered a new strategic framework, visual identity and serve strategy, keeping Gilbert, the brand’s legendary icon, front and centre, while uniting 21 markets and 30 countries.

For 30 years (and counting), we’ve helped IRN-BRU build an unbreakable bond with its audience through a consistent and courageous brand platform. Built on bold spirit, irreverent humour, and strength of character, The Ginger Thread has helped the brand navigate changing consumer trends, outshine much larger competitors and cement its status as a cherished cultural icon, in Scotland and beyond.

Lovehoney – Feel the Lovehoney

Lovehoney's ambition to be the global leader in sexual wellness faced a significant operational obstacle: a complex and restrictive advertising landscape. Through bold humour and cheeky innuendo, the Feel the Lovehoney platform has allowed the brand to skilfully navigate this challenge while maintaining its signature mischievous personality, transforming regulatory hurdles into creative opportunities and empowering a growing audience to embrace pleasure with confidence and joy.

Sanofi – The Meningitis Flag

The global meningitis community lacked a unified voice. This made it difficult to raise awareness and advocate for resources to fight the disease. So, ahead of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, we created The Meningitis Flag, a powerful global symbol of resilience, determination and hope. Adopted by more than 40 patient associations (and worn by the French Prime Minister throughout the games), The Meningitis Flag now flies in over 40 countries and has been formally recognised by the World Health Organisation.

Glen’s – Good Honest Vodka

Saddled with an unfair reputation as a poor-quality vodka, Glen's was struggling to find its voice in a category dominated by celebrity endorsement and glossy lifestyles. The Good Honest Vodka platform embraced the brand’s honest, down-to-earth identity, transforming its biggest perceived weakness into its most potent asset. Since launch, engagement has doubled, video views have soared and social sentiment has shifted from a barrage of insults to genuine brand love.
