Legacy 96 is a format created by Old School 93/94 and Premodern players who wanted to play an «Old» format without Old School’s «over-powered» cards, and play Ice Age, Homelands, Alliances and Mirage cards, which are too «modern» for Old School 93/94 and too obsolete for Premodern.
