    I was wondering why are there unanswered posts in the support forum? Is that not the official means to receive support on theses plugins? Should all customer support related request go through the http://www.gravityhelp.com/contact-us/ page?

    We do the best to answer every question, but some times there are duplicates, issues that resolve themselves by the time we contact the parties involved, and others that just get by us due to the number of posts we receive. I think if you looked at how many questions we've answered versus how many we haven't, you would find it to be a small percentage overall.

    Please continue to use the forum for any issues and we will continue to do our best to support issues as they come up.
