State field

    As you can see here the State field is not showing up on the directory side of my site. When a user goes to submit a form (http://forabetternow.org/wp/?page_id=2) the state field does show though.

    I have it telling it to not hide the field from directory and single entry page. Any one else have this issue? I tried searching but could not find it. Thanks!
